Job Title: Part-time Social Media & Community Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Part-time Social Media Manager / Community Manager at Well Fed Social Club. As our first hire, this intern-esque position offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of social media management and community building, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. If you have a keen eye for design, fluency in English, and a strong desire to work in a startup environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

‍Community Management:
- Engage with users on Instagram, fostering meaningful interactions and building relationships with our community.
- Gather user-generated content and testimonials to showcase the Well Fed Social Club experience.
- Participate in social dining events and gatherings to connect with members and capture authentic moments.

Social Media Management:
- Handle social media scheduling and posting across platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Create organic moments and content that resonate with our audience, driving engagement and growth.
- Take ownership of our social media channels, implementing strategies to increase followers and engagement.

‍Branding and Content Creation:
- Utilize your design skills to create compelling visual content, including video editing, banners, and flyers.
- Develop branded content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

‍Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience or a strong desire to work in startups, with a passion for bringing people together.
- Proficiency in design & content creation tools, with the ability to create visually appealing content, particularly for video.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- 1-2 years of Social Media or Community Management experience.
- Knowledge of the restaurant scene in Mexico City is a plus, particularly for food enthusiasts.
